About
The Fall 2019 National Invitational heads to Oklahoma for the first time and will bring region winners and wild card teams and players from across the country together to compete. Dornick Hills Country Club will host the Invitational on its Perry Maxwell designed course (also designed Colonial CC & Prairie Dunes). The winner of the National Invitational will receive an automatic bid to the Spring 2020 National Championship!
The National Invitational is a 2-day, 36-hole stroke play event. On the same weekend, WinStar Golf Club in Thackerville, OK will host the National Championship.
Why Dornick Hills?
Recently, NCCGA Nationals has visited the Midwest (Indiana and St. Louis), the East Coast (Disney and Myrtle Beach), and the West (Las Vegas). We picked Dornick Hills because it's in a unique area and will be a totally new experience for many of the players.
Dornick Hills is one of the oldest golf clubs in Oklahoma, and was the first club in the state to become affiliated with the USGA. The club also hosted a PGA TOUR event called the Ardmore Open from 1952-1954 and the LPGA Ardmore Open in 1954. Dornick also hosts many state and local competitive events and qualifiers.
