1. Fill out tournament information form to the right
2. Book your travel (flying or driving)?
   • LGA, JFK, or EWR are close major airports
   • Rentcars.com is the best and cheapest option for cars if you are over 21 years old.
3. Contact Kris Hart if you need help with lodging (413-237-2271)
4. Pay your tournament entry fees (due 4/19/14 by noon)
   • All tournament invoices will be in your Nextgengolf personal portal and emailed to you directly. All invoice questions, contact Mike Belkin (781-864-6430) or Mike@nccga.org
5. Submit your National Championship Scoring Form
6. Review general tournament info and schedule
7. Share your story about making it to Nationals - Email President@nccga.org
   • There will be major media outlets at Nationals who are interested in writing about students and teams with great stories

$240 per player which includes the following

• Championship Rounds Saturday and Sunday
  • 1 round at Ballyowen and 1 round at Wild Turkey
• Lunch on Saturday and Sunday
• Tournament gift bag including: Srixon golf balls, Nationals hat, shirt, and bag tag
• Awards and prizes
• Mini Golf Tourney entry - Friday (6:00-8:00)
• Cleveland Golf Skills Challenge - Saturday (9:00-11:00)
• Tournament cost is inclusive of resort fees & NJ State Taxes

• Wednesday-Friday- Team arrival and practice rounds. Practice rounds have been negotiated to a fee of $50 per player, per round. Practice rounds can be arranged by calling the resort directly - (973-827-5996 * 1)
• Friday
  • 6:00-8:00 - Cleveland Smart Square Mini Golf Tournament - Play on a natural grass mini-golf course located at 3 Wild Turkey Way, Hamburg, NJ 07419.  Bring your own putter (balls will be provided)!
• Saturday
  • 8:00-9:30 - Team Registration at Ballyowen
  • 9:00-12:00 - Cleveland Golf Wedge Challenge, 5-Hour Energy Putting Challenge, sponsored giveaways, pre-round press coverage, team pictures, & team video. *Once you finish the skills challenge and pre-round registration, promptly report to the driving range of the course you are playing
  • 12:00 - Group picture Ballyowen or Wild Turkey Putting Green 
  • 12:00-1:15 -  Range and putting green warm-up
  • 1:15 - Rules announcements and cart staging (Carts will be left at starting hole - all players will be walking)
  • 1:30 - Begin play at your assigned role
  • 6:30 - Scoring held at each course at scoring table (main scoreboard located at Wild Turkey)
• Sunday
  • 6:30-7:45 - Range and putting green warm-up
  • 7:45 - Rules announcements and cart staging
  • 8:00 - Begin play at your assigned hole
  • 1:00 - Scoring held at each course at scoring table (main scoreboard located at Wild Turkey)
  • 1:30 - Awards ceremony, post round press coverage, pictures, and interviews
