The National Collegiate Club Golf Association is an initiative dedicated to the organization and promotion of collegiate club golf. Our mission is to increase opportunities for college students to play golf in college. We achieve this mission through the coordination and regulation of competition locally and nationally.
Host an NCCGA Tournament
About
Tournament Format
- 2-Day weekend tournaments (Sat/Sun)
- 36-holes (18 each day)
- Typically Saturday afternoon, and Sunday morning
- Team & Individual Stroke Play
- Tee time, split-tee, or shotgun starts depending on tournament size and seasonality
- Events are hosted September - November and February - April
NCCGA Responsibilities
- Golf Genius reports: pairings, scorecards, cart signs sent to facility
- Live scoring via Golf Genius
- All player communications prior to the event
- Awards sent to the facility
The Facility Provides
- Printing of event paperwork: scorecards, cart signs, etc.
- Staff support to assist in on-time starts and monitoring pace of play.
- Award distribution

Benefits of Hosting an NCCGA Tournament
Revenue
In addition to tournament green fees the weekend of the event, the NCCGA will set up a practice round rate with you to encourage players to visit your course in preparation. Players will also be purchasing food and beverage at the course.
Social Media
Leading up to NCCGA Regional Tournaments, we promote the host courses through local and national social media accounts. Our national twitter account @NCCGA and instagram account @NCCGA promote the host golf courses to all of our national audience.
Web Presence
The NCCGA will feature courses and also PGA Professionals who are supporting the game. Each host course is also featured on your specific region’s home page View Example
