4. Submit your National Championship Team Roster
5. Make sure all players on your team have a complete Nextgen profile including their name, email, phone picture, and social media accounts. We may need to contact players during the course of play for emergencies.

   • Golfweek, the Back9Network and other media outlets will be Nationals who are interested in writing about students and teams with great stories

$290 per player which includes the following

• Championship Rounds Saturday and Sunday
  • 1 round at the Oaks and 1 round at the Azaleas
• (2) rooms for 2 nights (Fri & Sat) at the Dancing Rabbit Inn Resort
  • Rooms are 2 Bedroom Suites with 2 queen beds
  • Additional nights for NCCGA players can be reserved for a discounted rate of $85 per room per night
• Breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday
• Tournament gift bag including: (4) dozen Srixon Z-STAR premium balls, tour towels, custom bag tags, custom koozies & more

• Driving Range demo night & contests

Practice rounds are not included in the team tournament fees. Practice rounds have been negotiated down to a fee of $30 (walking) / $50 (riding) and can be scheduled by calling the resort directly at 601-663-0011. Lodging for parents/coaches or lodging for Wednesday, Thursday, or Sunday night is not included in the tournament fee. The NCCGA has arranged discounted lodging for $85 in the resort for parents and coaches beyond the standard group lodging rates. You need to book under the NCCGA Master Block to receive this rate.   • 6:30-8:00 - Team Registration at Dancing Rabbit Clubhouse
  • 7:30-9:30 - Cleveland Golf Wedge Challenge, 5-Hour Energy Putting Challenge, sponsored giveaways, pre-round press coverage, team pictures, & team video. *Each team will have one slot to warm up, so please arrive at the range early
  • 7:00-9:30 -  Range and putting green warm-up
  • 9:45 - Group picture & pre-round announcements
