History
Before splitting into North and South Florida, the Florida Region had been the start of club golf in the state. After several years if competing separately, there was a push to rejoin the two regions and make one larger region. The spring of 2020 will mark the Florida Region's first semester back in place and will see strong teams competing all together for stronger tournaments and more players in each event.
