Spring 2017 Midwest Region NCCGA Tournament

It was a beautiful spring weekend in East Lansing, Michigan for the second midwest regional tournament. Forest Akers Golf Course was in outstanding condition for the time of year and the greens were rolling quick. Facing strong winds, Michigan shot a superb 366 in Round 1 to take a commanding lead over the field. They held on for round 2 and took home the title and a bid to nationals. Michigan State came in second place and Ferris State's A team took third. It was a fun and competitive event for everyone involved. Check out the tournament recap below.
