Spring 2022 Atlantic Region NCCGA Tournament

The Atlantic Region saw its first two-day tournament of the semester at Birdsfoot Golf Club this weekend. After two days of play, the tournament remained tied between West Virginia and Penn State who had scores of 821. After comparing alternates, it was decided that Penn State would take home the team win. On the individual side of things, 36 holes would not be enough to determine a winner. A playoff was needed after WVU's Jack Lindgren and Penn State's Ryan Meyer remained tied at a two-day score of 156. It was not until the second playoff hole when Lindgren made a par over Meyer's bogey to secure a regional victory.
