Tournament Report
After a rainy first Regional Tournament, New England Regional #2 was graced with clear skies and warm weather. With this weather and pristine course conditions, players were able to go low. UConn (A) and Providence College (A) finished Day 1 with the first and second place team totals. This led to a Day 2 matchup with the goal of punching a ticket to Nationals. After all the scores were tallied, UConn (A) had the lowest total, won Regional #2, and brought home the ticket to Disney.
The NCCGA hosted our 2nd golf tournament of the season in New England Region at Golf Club at Windham on Oct 15, 2016. Team University of Connecticut - Men's (A) won the division with a combined score of 754. The low individual score was recorded by Joseph Dechirico shooting a score of 147.
